. Head with compound eyes distinctly narrower than pronotum (0.78×). Vertex trapezoid, with anterior margin widely arcuate, posterior margin widely triangulate incised; vertex about twice as wide at base as long in mid line. Compound eyes not bulging, streamlined with the anterior margin of head. Antennae 8-segmented; pedicel huge and massive, half as long as segment III; segments V and VI of similar length; segment shorter than VII, tapering apically at ½ of its length. Pronotum wide, wider than mesoscutum; anterior margin widely triangulate, directed cephalad, posterior margin arcuate; lateral portions longer than length of pronotum in mid line. Mesopraescutum triangular, with arcuate anterior margin, wider than long in mid line, lateral margins converging mesad, but not touching each other at apex. Mesoscutum M-shaped, with anterior angles rounded, medioposterior margin almost straight; posterolateral portions delimited by oblique furrows, with blunt apices exceeding the line of posteromedian margin. Mesoscutellum in form of band, with median portion distinctly wider, rectangular, and lateral portions very narrow. Mesopostnotum heart-shaped, with lateral margins slightly concave. Metascutum with anterior angles rounded, in median portion about ¾ of mesopostnotum length in mid line, posterior margin concave in median portion. Metascutellum narrow at sides, distinctly wider in median portion. Fore wings 2.3× as long as wide, costal margin slightly curved at base then almost straight, anteroapical angle widely rounded, apical margin rounded, posteroapical angle widely rounded.

Common stem Sc+R+CuA thick, stem Sc+R almost straight, forked at half of fore wing length, branch R1 distinctly shorter than Rs, not reaching costal margin; branch Rs slightly curved in apical portion to costal margin and reaching fore wing margin; stem CuA sinuose, not reaching margin; claval vein CuP reaching margin.

Stem Sc+R curved at base, forked at 0.56 of hind wing length; branch R1 not reaching margin, branch Rs as prolongation of stem Sc+R, not reaching margin; stem CuA slightly curved at base, then straight, not reaching margin.

Ovipositor conical, about as long as pygofer.
