Head and thorax black, white are: labrum, clypeus, face below antennal socket, paired spots above base of antennae, lower inner orbits continues with lower hind orbits, an arowhead spot on apex of mesonotal middle lobe, a small central spot on mesonotal lateral lobe, central part of appendage, apex of metascutellum, a small transverse band on posteroventral margin of mesepisternum, posterodorsal corner of metepisternum, metepimeron except anteroventral corner; red brown are: upper part of inner orbits continues with a spot on temple, upper part of hind orbits, hind margin of postocellar area, median of hind head and ventrolateral margin, pronotum except medial posterior margin, tegulae, lateral part of mesonotal middle lobe not meeting at apex, a v-shaped central spot on scutum, mesoscutellum, parapsis, irregular spot on base of mesepisternum; large spots on lateral side of hind head and dorsal side of antennae black brown, ventral side of antennae pale brown; abdomen red brown, tergite 1 black brown except hind margin, which is yellow white, deflexed lateral sides of tergites 27 dark brown, posterolateral sides of all tergites and posterior margins of all sternites yellow white; ovipositor sheath black brown, ventral side of valvifer 2, dorsal margin and part near apex of valvula 3 yellow white; legs red brown, yellow white are: all coxae, trochanters, basal 3/7 of femora; black are: band on outer side of procoxa, base of meso- and metacoxa, band on ventral side of metacoxa, broad outer band on apex of metafemur, minute dorsal spot on apex of metatibia; dorsal sides of pro- and mesofemur with faint black bands?Wings infuscate, hyaline; outer margin of stigma infuscate, other part of stigma and veins pale brown.

); clypeus sub-truncately incised up to 2/7 of its medial length, lateral lobes blunt; malar space as wide as diameter of median ocellus; inner margins of eyes slightly convergent downwards; supra-antennal tubercles indistinct; frontal area elevated, a little below level of eyes in lateral view, frontal ridges blunt; median fovea ditch-like, deeply extends to median ocellus, antennal furrow ditch-like, anterior half deep and posterior half shallow; interocellar furrow deep, indistinct, postocellar furrow shallow; postocellar area slightly elevated, relative width: length = 1.43, lateral postocellar furrows a little shallow, converging towards posterior; head strongly narrowed behind eyes. Front wing with middle petiole of anal cell two times as long as vein R+M; anal cell of hind wing with petiole that is longer than half of vein cu-a. Petiole of anal cell on hind wing present, more than half as long as vein cu-a.

<paragraph id="8BCDC872FFFAFFAEFF3DFC90FE5FFBF2" blockId="17.[151,1437,152,1410]" pageId="17" pageNumber="18">Punctures on clypeus scattered, shallow and large; on labrum indistinct; punctures on dorsal part of head dense, rather deep, interspaces with coarse microsculpture and oily luster; mesonotum with extremely minute punctures, interspaces distinctly shiny; punctures on upper part of mesepisternum scattered, as large as on head, interspaces with dense microsculpture; lower part of mesepisternum with extremely minute punctures and distinct oily luster; meseanepimeron with distinct sculpture; mesekatepimeron polished without punctures and microsculpture, distinctly shiny; metapleuron with microsculpture and oily luster, punctures indistinct; appendage distinctly microsculptured, luster indistinct; punctures on central part of tergites indistinct, on lateral sides scattered and minute, interspaces with distinct oily luster; punctures on outer side of hind coxa extremely minute, indistinct.</paragraph>
