. Epicuticle without ornamentation. Claws typical of genus. Cerci have 7 or 8 articles, basal article divided into 3 or 4 secondary articles without distal seta verticil. Proximal articles with macrochaetae longer than ordinary setae, lateralinternal setae smooth. Median articles with 3 verticils of shorter macrochaetae, each with 2 to 4 barbs on distal third. Distal articles with 4 verticils of short, simply bifurcated macrochaetae. Ordinary setae numerous, almost as long as macrochaetae.

). More recently, one specimen was found again in Mallorca (Vadell
|

2007). This specimen is similar to the Anatolian specimens, with the exception of its greater body size, longer appendages, and a higher number (29) of antennal articles. However, the cerci were not complete, and the condition of cerci of the earlier Algerian and Mallorcan specimens was not reported. Assignment of the Anatolian specimens to this species is reasonable, at least until intact specimens are collected from Rhodes so that the cerci can be studied.
