The adult male can be separated from other members of the genus by having an AR of 0.751.2; small humeral pit; LR1 higher than 0.60; and a posterior strongly bent, apically pointed inferior volsella.

. The specimen from Tibet has an AR of 0.75 and R4+5 with 3 setae; while the specimen from Sichuan has an AR of 1.2 and R4+5 without setae.
