|
||
Larva. Scutum and scutellum with median ridge. Posterior part of scutum either convex medially or forming a three-lobed structure. Cuticle on scutum, scutellum and coxal plates may display a reticulate pattern. Dorsal setae, except for those arising on scutum and scutellum, situated on distinct plates. Coxalae either bifurcate or with 2–3 setules extending from the main shaft. Intercoxalae absent. Eupathidium on tarsus I placed on distinct protrusion (tubercle). Smilum, scopa and lophotrix absent. Tarsal claw formula 2-2-3. Claws of tarsi I–III with 2 subterminal lateral lateral spurs, i.e. tips are trifid.
