The specimens from New Brunswick were captured in Lindgren funnel traps deployed in an old red pine forest, a mature (110-year-old) red spruce forest, an old red oak forest, and a rich Appalachian hardwood forest. Elsewhere, adults were captured in deciduous and mature red spruce-hemlock forests; some specimens were captured on
