Etymology. The species name is a noun in apposition derived from the Chinese pinyin "dazhonghua" (Greater

The males of this species can be distinguished from others by having a short, strong embolus, a sheet-shaped median apophysis, terminus with hook, while the females can be distinguished by the epigyne with the width being greater than the length, two hoods anteriorly, copulatory ducts indistinct, secondary spermathecae folded with copulatory ducts.</paragraph>
