<paragraph pageId="24" pageNumber="25">(from Hentschel, 1909). Endolithic within corals, filling tubular cavities of 1-2 mm diameter which connect to the outside in only a few places. Colour (in alcohol) a deep brown. The skeleton consists of dichocalthrops and sanidasters.</paragraph>

sp. n. (see below), but that species has both

and compressed sanidasters, and it is epilithic. Details of the cladi lengths of the megascleres are also different.
