The dissected male specimen has the central elytral spot split into two elongated spots, whereas in the dissected female the spot is undivided (as in the
<typeStatus id="EE5009E9C720FFD8FC8CFC34EB1378D8" box="[782,895,901,928]" pageId="48" pageNumber="49" type="lectotype">lectotype</typeStatus>
). It would be important to better compare additional males and females of the species and evaluate whether this is a sexual dimorphism.
