). Pronotum narrow, its collar situated slightly lower than level of convex mesoscutum, visible as a narrow strip in dorsal view, bearing rather weak transverse carina and small lateral shoulders. Mesoscutum weakly convex in lateral view, lightly reticulated with wide meshes, notaular depressions marked anteriorly as fine sutures, indistinct posteriorly. Anterior margin of mesoscutellum slightly advanced medially. Mesoscutellum nearly flat, lightly reticulated laterally, but smooth medially. Axilla with notably lighter sculpture than mesoscutum and mesoscutellum, and with 1 short seta. Dorsellum very narrow, nearly reduced. Propodeum smooth and shiny, with anterior groove, its submedian areas 1.4× as broad as long; submedian carinae straight, diverging posteriorly with a straight short median carina between them. Posterior part of propodeum with somewhat elongate, but not margined nucha; propodeal callus with three setae.

Fore wing 2.3× as long as broad, with speculum partially closed below (with long basal but short cubital setal line of 5 setae at underside of wing); marginal vein nearly 6.0× longer than narrow costal cell; subcosta of submarginal vein with two setae, which of same length as the setae of dorsum; stigmal vein knob-like, slightly shorter than postmarginal vein, 2.0× longer than marginal vein in its broadest part, with moderate-sized stigma and short uncus. WIP with wide violet area apically, followed by narrow blue and red curved stripes, and a subtriangular green area under marginal vein (
