Body length 19.0 mm, ovipositor sheath length 28.0 mm. Frons with longitudinal irregular carinae and pits; vertex with two distinct cross carinae followed by distinct close and a distinct medial pitted longitudinal fovea; neck anteriorly emarginate; pronotum trans-carinate anteriorly, turning finely reticulate posteriorly; mesoscutum anteriorly cross reticulate, without a medial line of pits; scutellum smooth, shiny and faintly reticulate with shallow pits on sides; metapleuron irregularly rugose punctate; hind coxa irregularly rugose basally turning circular annulated elsewhere; hind femora tridentate ventrally with a couple of denticles in between; first metasomal tergite annulate, a little shorter than combined length of remaining segments; ovipositor sheath longer than metasoma, with a subapical ivory band.
