|
||
Body subcylindrical, convex, head capsule flattened, frons deeply impressed before strongly and regularly thickened anterior margin, nearly straight, projected forwards, well protruding above clypeus. Antennae serrated from fourth antennomere, second antennomere subcylindrical, longer than wide, third subconical, longer than wide and longer than second; second and third, taken together, longer than fourth; fourth to tenth triangular, longer than wide; last longer than penultimate, with subparallel sides, constricted at apex.

<paragraph id="8B9836C3E829FFE40DE33056B0F6FC88" blockId="6.[151,1437,598,1487]" pageId="6" pageNumber="457">Pronotum as long as wide, strongly convex on disk with sides gradually and regularly narrowing from base to apex; lateral margins complete, totally visible in dorsal view; posterior angles short, not divergent, not carinate; surface regularly, coarsely punctured.</paragraph>

Elytra 2.6× longer than and as wide as pronotum; sides subparallel in first half and slightly dilated behind middle then gradually tapering to apices, striae well distinct and punctured, interstriae subconvex, densely and finely punctured.</paragraph>

Tarsi with tarsomeres simple, regularly decreasing in length, claws simple. Prosternopleural sutures closed along their entire length, prosternal lobe very slightly arcuate, short, slightly exceeding inner anterior extremities of propleura. Prosternal process elongate, gradually sloping behind procoxal cavities, pointed at apex. Sides of mesocoxal cavity gently declivous; mesocoxae open to mesepimeron and mesepisternum. Last maxillary palpomere subcylindrical. Male genitalia (Fig. 72) with median lobe slightly longer than paramera, latter with apical, pointed and sharp tooth.</paragraph>
