). Here I present several other localities with confirmed occurrence for this taxon (

). It is endemic to western Amazonia, distributed from the west side of Negro River, through lower Japurá and Juruá Rivers and middle Jutaí River, to north side of Javari and Amazon Rivers, occurring in

is terrestrial and diurnal, inhabits primary terra firme forest, near water (creeks, lakes, temporary ponds and rivers), where it is found among the leaf litter, under fallen tree trunks and in palm litter (
