<paragraph id="CE56E07E8C7A9F43DBCA34EE3339E788" pageId="818" pageNumber="819">This species ranges from southeastern Maine (Majka et al. 2011: 47) to eastern North Dakota (Tinerella 2003: 637), south to eastern Texas and central Florida [see Madge 1967: Fig. 135].</paragraph>
