Rostrum long, extending far beyond scaphocerite, about 1.5 times as long as carapace, curved downwards upto middle of antennular peduncle and thereafter gradually ascending, armed with 11 dorsal teeth arranged closely on basal crest, proximal 3 or 4 placed behind orbit, first tooth microscopic and movable, next 2 or 3 of smooth, ventral margin serrated with 1115 teeth spaced more widely than dorsal; all abdominal segements non-carinate; eyes large with distinct
