Three specimens of

were collected in Myeik. They were placed in two COIBINs, two (USNM 587030 and 587032) in their own BIN, and USNM 587031 was placed in the same BIN with 18 other
<taxonomicName id="080456E09AF35BC2DEA2F347B26C189C" lsidName="H. frenatus" pageId="0" pageNumber="85" rank="species" species="frenatus">H. frenatus</taxonomicName>
from Honduras. Our specimens were placed with other specimens in GenBank from the &quot;Myanmar clade&quot; of
<taxonomicName id="4A99821598377F2CCCC48D3DB3AA3674" lsidName="H. frenatus" pageId="0" pageNumber="85" rank="species" species="frenatus">H. frenatus</taxonomicName>
from

. Two other specimens were placed together, on a long branch, sister to all other

<paragraph id="25F06ABE2B3B2D0C1EDF4AAD0891F8CD" pageId="0" pageNumber="85">The House Gecko is a widespread and invasive species. It seldom occurs on vegetation away from human buildings. The tissue gathered from this small sample and barcode analyzed reveals that the Myeik population contains two genetic lineages.</paragraph>
