Elytra slender, 1.8 times as long as pronotum and 1.5 times as long as combined width, with narrow, but distinct humeral keel of approximately one-third the length of elytron. All tibiae distinctly dilated in apical two thirds.</paragraph>

The new species is distinguished from the four described species from the Greek mainland and Corfu currently assigned to the subgenus
