). Metazonital striae mostly distinct also dorsally. No grooves in suture. No (or almost no) preanal projection. Preanal pilosity marginal or extensive. Anal valve pilosity extensive. Male mandibles mostly without lobes. First and second male legs typically julid. Male legs mostly with ventral pads. Anterior gonopod spoon-shaped, with a mesal ridge, a lateral prominence, and two apical denticles (which may be fused or reduced). Posterior gonopod without a sperm fovea, with a mesomerital process and with two opisthomerital processes, posterior process varying from short-triangular to flagelliform; one or both opisthomerital processes sometimes more or less reduced.
