Dorsum moderately setose, setae on head and pronotum yellowish brown to blackish brown, some individuals with longer robust setae intermixed on pronotum; elytral surface evenly and moderately covered with short, robust whitish brown to yellowish brown setae sparsely intermixed with about 4–31 times longer stout, semi-erect setae along margins and apical part of elytra.

Clypeofrontal suture slightly bent medially, poorly defined. Frons flat, slightly narrowed basally. Eye canthi fringed with long, blackish brown setae. Antenna with 10 antennomeres, club with terminal antennomere inwardly curved and inner two club antennomeres straight; club subequal in width to length of antennomeres 2–7.
