Transverse in dorsal view, 2.1× as wide as long, weakly wider than mesoscutum. Vertex between eye and posterior ocellus shiny, smooth, and superficially punctate. Temple slightly shiny, independently punctate, most parts with strong aciculation, not constricted. Face nearly 0.8× as high as wide, slightly shiny, rough, densely, coarsely punctate, sparsely pubescent, inner margin of parallel-sided. Ocelli not large, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus virtually transecting posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus nearly as long as diameter of hind ocellus, POL:OD:OOL=5.0:2.2:5.5. Antenna nearly as long as body length, relatively thin, slightly shrunken apically, loosely articulated, penultimate flagellomere 1.6× longer than wide.

Length:width:height = 55.0:33.5:38.5. Disc of mesonotum shiny, with fine, deep punctures tend to be coarser and confluent along notaulic courses, especially at posterior part (confluent to much longitudinal striations), interspaces not larger than diameter of puncture. Scutellar sulcus straight, relatively wide with carinae inside. Scutellum shiny, smooth, median length distinctly longer than basal width. Lateral polished field of scutellum reaching over half length of scutellum. Propodeum shiny, uneven with some irregular carinae anterio-laterally, elsewhere shiny and smooth, areola prominent and well defined with V-shaped apex, costulae well defined. Mesopleuron highly shiny, anterior part with small and dense punctures that turn weakly rugulose under ala.

Hind femur 3.1× longer than wide. Hind coxa shiny and polished above (basally). Spines on outer side of third tibia short and pointed, scattered. Inner spurs of hind tibia as long as half length of hind basitarsus, outer spur 1/4. Basitarsus of hind leg slightly longer than tarsomeres 24 combined (25.0:23.0), claws of normal size.

Pterostigma 2.8× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 nearly 1.4× longer than pterostigma, 4.8× as long as its distance from apex of marginal cell. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma, nearly perpendicular to the latter, about as long as width of pterostigma, r 1.4× 2-SR, indistinctly angled at their junction, 2-M 3/5 length of 2- SR, 2-SR+M almost as long as 2-SR, cu-a nearly 1.3× longer than 2-SR, 1-SR slightly longer than 2-M. First discal cell of fore wing weakly wider than high. Second submarginal cell of hind wing weakly higher than wide. Vein cu-a curved. Hind wing broad, length of 1-M distinctly shorter than distance between distal extremity and apex of vannal lobe, vannal lobe beyond widest strongly concave and without setae.

As long as mesosoma. T1 nearly parallel-sided, 2.0× longer than hind width, concave at basal twofifth, turned-over part 1.3× longer than wide, slightly shiny and weakly subrugose-punctate, longitudinal trough rather narrow, shallow, apical tubercle shiny and polished. T2 shiny and smooth, trapezoid, 2.1× wider than long in the middle, curved into T3 apically. T3 1.7× longer than T2. Tergites posterior to T2 shiny, smooth and sparsely pubescent. Hypopygium broad, slightly longer than apex of mesosoma. Ovipositor sheath 1.7× longer than length of hind tibia, not thin. Ovipositor relatively thin, weakly curved, without apical attenuation.

Black. Tegula brown. Palpi and spurs pale yellowish. Antenna and ovipositor sheath dark brown. Labrum and mandible dark brown. Legs brown, except fore leg, most part of middle femur, middle tibia with tarsus, basal two-third of hind tibia with basal half of hind basitarsus yellow. Wing membrane hyaline, C+SC+R, 1-R1, pterostigma, r, 2-SR and 2-M yellowish brown, the rest more or less pale brown.
