2.2) sharply narrowed between the base and spiracles and forming no dorsolateral carinae behind the spiracles; head, thorax, and basal metasomal tergites uniformly covered with distinct dense punctures; teeth on fore claw of tarsi of the female very dense and numerous (about 20 teeth), mandible, sternites, and ovipositor sheath almost entirely blackish brown, legs black to tibiae, and face and clypeus yellow in both sexes.
