Male forewing R2+3 and R4+5 unbranched. M with five primary branches, M3 and M5 forked. Hindwing venation caeciliusid. Anterior endophallic sclerites large, broadly rectangular, each with two posterior projections, directed outward, the inner one acuminate. Posterior endophallic sclerites anteriorly slender and acuminate, widening posteriorly. Anterior membranous areas of the phallosome large, each with a dense field of short spines. Females macropterous and brachypterous. Ninth sternum pear-shaped, spermapore large, located posteriorly, partially surrounded posteriorly by a pigmented area anteriorly concave, with posterior border straight.

Compound eyes dark brown; ocelli hyaline, with ochre centripetal crescents; anteclypeus and labrum dark brown postclypeus with little marked striae. Antennae: scape and pedicel dark brown, flagellomere 1 cream, apically brown, f2–f11 brown. Maxillary palps: Mx1–Mx3 cream, Mx4 dark brown, cream basally. Thorax brown, propleura cream, tergal lobes of meso- and metathorax brown, meso- and metapleura brown, mesepisternum with cream spot.
