. Head, ventral side of thorax brown; palpi pale yellow; antennae amber yellow; pronotum mostly yellowish brown; elytra brown on wide central area surrounded by yellowish brown area; legs pale yellow except brownish claws and tibial spurs.

Frons and area between antennal tubercles finely, moderately sparsely punctate; with dense white pubescence obscuring integument (this area interspersed with a few long, erect yellowish white setae close to lower eye lobes. Area between upper eye lobes and prothoracic margin finely, sparsely punctate; with yellowish brown pubescence nearly obscuring integument, except glabrous, small, elliptical area centrally between upper eye lobes; with long, erect, sparse yellowish white setae close to upper eye lobes. Area behind upper eye lobes with yellowish brown pubescence nearly obscuring integument until its distal third, then with dense white pubescence, which covers area behind lower eye lobes and mostly of gena; with a few long, erect yellowish white setae. Distal area of genae glabrous. Antennal tubercles with dense white pubescence basally, gradually yellowish brown toward apex. Median groove distinct from clypeus to prothoracic margin. Gulamentum glabrous. Distance between upper eye lobes 0.36 times length of scape; in frontal view, distance between lower eye lobes 0.86 times length of scape. Antennae 2.3 times elytral length, reaching elytral apex at distal quarter of antennomere VI; scape, pedicel and antennomeres with long, erect yellowish brown setae ventrally, gradually shorter, sparser from antennomere III to XI; antennal formula (ratio) based on length of antennomere III: scape = 0.53; pedicel = 0.14; IV = 0.66; V = 0.64; VI = 0.64; VII = 0.52; VIII = 0.44; IX = 0.43; X = 0.36; XI = 0.37.

. Lateral margins of prothorax divergent from base to apex of basal third, then slightly convergent toward distal margin. Pronotum moderately coarsely, abundantly punctate; with sub-rectangular large area with dense white pubescence, from base to near apex, except narrow, small glabrous area centrally on basal half; remaining surface with yellowish brown pubescence nearly obscuring integument. Sides of prothorax with sculpturing as on pronotum; superior area with yellowish brown pubescence continuing that on sides of pronotum; remaining surface with dense white pubescence. Prosternum with dense white pubescence. Mesoventrite, mesanepisternum, mesepimeron, metanepisternum and metaventrite with dense white pubescence. Scutellum with yellowish brown pubescence not obscuring integument.

Coarsely, moderately abundantly punctate, finer, sparser distally; dorsally with large area with dense white pubescence, from basal seventh to about distal 1/12, with its anterior margin sinuous, distal margin obliquely rounded toward suture, and sides with deeply, moderately widely notched at about center of its basal and distal half; remaining surface with yellowish brown pubescence not obscuring integument; with long, erect, sparse yellowish brown setae on distal third.
