arising from the basal stroma, consisting of a stipe and a penicillately branched conidiogenous apparatus; stipes unbranched, hyaline, aseptate, smooth, 1220 × 12 μm; primary branches aseptate, unbranched, smooth, 5.511 × 12 μm; secondary branches aseptate, unbranched, smooth, 69 × 12 μm; terminating in a whorl of 36 conidiogenous cells.
