, the validity of the host plant record is discussed under that species. There is one damaged female in ANIC with similar data, except for the date, 1901. No other specimens of the species have been found. The postocular setae are capitate, and about 0.5 as long as the distance between the compound eyes. Antennal segment III apparently bears one sensorium, and IV apparently bears two sensoria. The pronotal epimeral setae are capitate, almost as long as the distance between the compound eyes, and the fore tarsal tooth is long and slender. The forewing has seven duplicated cilia, and the sub-basal setae are in a straight row. Tergite IX setae S1 are capitate, and about 0.8 as long as the tube, but S2 of the male is about half as long.
