. No material of this species has been seen during this study. Nonetheless, the presence of: (i) large 8-shaped pores in a line on each side of the posterior abdominal segments, (ii) a well-developed seta ventrally near apex of each anal lobe, (iii) abundant large 8-shaped pores throughout the dorsum, and (iv) the absence of strong setose setae along the inner margin of each anal lobe, indicates that this species belongs to

can be diagnosed by the following combination of character-states: (i) only large 8-shaped pores present throughout dorsum anterior to cribriform plates; (ii) large 8-shaped pores on dorsum in whorls; (iii) a few large 8-shaped pores also present along margins of posterior abdominal segments; (iv) cribriform plates present in a submedial group of two on either side of abdominal segment IV, each with large micropores; (v) leg stubs absent; (vi) posterior stigmatic pore bands bifurcated; (vii) multilocular disc-pores restricted to sparse rows across segments V and VI, and submarginally in VII and VIII; (viii) ventral 8-shaped pores almost as large as those on dorsum, sparse along margins and in transverse bands across abdominal segments, and (ix) multilocular disc-pores with only six loculi.
