) ont une forme triangulaire, les siphons situés à deux angles du corps et le troisième angle constitue la zone de fixation sur le substrat. La tunique est dure, brune et bosselée, sans rhizoïdes ni épibiontes. Nous n’avons pas trouvé de spinules sur les siphons. La tunique est épaisse, intérieurement nacrée.

Les tentacules sont volumineux et très branchus, insérés à la base d’un grand vélum. Il y a également un vélum au siphon cloacal. Le tubercule vibratile est très gros, saillant, avec une ouverture en C dont les cornes sont enroulées vers l’intérieur (

Chez le spécimen pédonculé la branchie n’a que huit plis hauts, avec 18 à 20 sinus sur les plis et deux entre les plis. Il n’y a qu’un à deux stigmates irréguliers par maille entre les plis. Le raphé est formé de languettes longues et pointues.
