<paragraph pageId="13" pageNumber="14">Length of body: 8.9 mm; length of elytra: 6.8 mm; maximum width: 5.4 mm. Surface of labroclypeus and disc of frons glabrous. Smooth area anterior to eye twice as wide as long. Eyes moderately large, ratio of diameter/interocular width: 0.67. Ratio of length of metepisternum/metacoxa: 1/1.53. Metatibia moderately long and wide, ratio width/length: 1/3.77; basal group of dorsal spines of metatibia at first third of metatibial length.</paragraph>

<paragraph pageId="13" pageNumber="14">Etymology.</paragraph>
<paragraph pageId="13" pageNumber="14">The species name (adjective in the nominative singular) is derived from the combined Latin words fino- (fine) and ciliatus (ciliate), with reference to the fine comp of trichomes at the base of the right paramere.</paragraph>
