This new species can easily be distinguished from other species of
<emphasis id="B970113BD47F4337B22BF975FB2224EE" box="[1124,1249,1734,1759]" italics="true" pageId="21" pageNumber="322">Bessobates</emphasis>
by the strongly produced and elongate pad. This species can not be assigned to any species group, because of the following combination of characters: vertex evenly rounded in dorsal view; lateral scutellar carina fading out before middle of scutellum; sublateral crest of propodeum present; digitus truncate, without teeth on ventro-apical corner; pad membranous; penis valve moderately broad.
