Moderately broad, sub­cuboidal, anterior pole wider than posterior, polar profile oblong, not dorso­ventrally flattened (Figs 89, 90, 92 &amp; 93).

: Egg marked all over by hexagonal cells with flat floors, narrow, slightly elevated cell walls (Figs 92–94). Aeropyles elevated, domed, openings moderately large, present on poles (Figs 90 &amp; 95). Chorion ridged and folded (Figs 94, 95 &amp; 97), ridges less pronounced in middle of the wide side of the egg (Fig. 96). Micropylar area recessed (Fig. 91).
