<paragraph pageId="13" pageNumber="106">Holotype: female. Body length 6.0 mm. Fore wing length 5.5 mm. Fore wing with one black band. Scutellar sulcus with one median longitudinal carina. Median areola of propodeum with well-defined margins. Anterior transverse carina of propodeum absent. Lateral longitudinal carinae of median tergite 1 well-defined. Median syntergite 2+3 1.2 times longer than wide. Ovipositor about same length as body.</paragraph>
