<paragraph id="8BC136CBB41CFFDEFF1DFD9679599812" blockId="17.[146,1103,578,1115]" pageId="17" pageNumber="650">Length of mesosoma 1.2 times its height; side of pronotum finely punctate dorsally, medially crenulate, posteriorly very coarsely punctate and ventrally largely smooth; propleuron flattened and microsculptured; laterally mesoscutum partly reticulatepunctate; mesosternum flattened, smooth, but with a sublateral carina connected to carina below precoxal sulcus and enclosing a subtriangular area; mesosternal sulcus rather wide and largely smooth; mesopleuron largely moderately punctate, but precoxal sulcus nearly complete and very coarsely punctate and bordered anteriorly and ventrally by a carina; metapleuron very coarsely reticulate and with conspicuous long greyish setae; lateral lobes of mesoscutum punctate and middle lobe rather coarsely and densely punctate, and with a weak median ridge anteriorly; notauli deep, coarsely punctate-crenulate; scutellar sulcus smooth except for a strong median carina; scutellum weakly convex and rather sparsely but coarsely punctate, and with carina laterally; side of scutellum coarsely crenulate; dorsal face of propodeum very short (about as long as metanotum) and coarsely reticulate, with short median carina connected to a coarse arched transverse carina, posterior face nearly perpendicular to dorsal face and largely smooth (only punctate laterally), with a pair of rather large blunt teeth laterally.</paragraph>
