The sequences of two mitochondrial genes were obtained for the species, namely 16S rRNA (561 bp) and COI (672 bp). The molecular comparison of both known species in the genus reveals their genetic divergences 17.6 % of 16S and 21.2 % of COI, supporting separate species recognition.
