Maxillule with seta and spine on coxa; basis with 2 setae and 1 spine; endopod incorporated into basis, represented by 3 setae; exopod with 2 setae. Maxillary syncoxa with 2 cylindrical endites each with 3 setae; praecoxal endite absent; allobasis drawn out into strong, slightly curved distally pinnate claw; accessory armature consisting of 2 naked setae; endopod small with 3 naked setae. Maxilliped with 2 setae on syncoxa; endopodal claw long, bearing seta at base. Swimming legs P1P4 with 3­ segmented exopods and 2­segmented endopods (except ɗ P3 endopod is 3­segmented); chaetotaxy of swimming legs described below. P5 with separate exopod and baseoendopod; exopod elongate with 6 setae in Ψ (2 proximal setae superimposed),

Caudal rami cylindrical, more than 5 times longer than wide. Sexual dimorphism in antennule, P3, P4, P5, P6 and genital segmentation.
