<paragraph id="537D3684FFB97104FECD8FD4FB44EEA4" blockId="28.[264,1325,1439,1905]" pageId="28" pageNumber="29">MALE. Body length 4.0 mm. Relative width of head and thorax including tegulae 4.5: 5.3. POD: OOD 1.5X. Flagellomeres short, relation of pedicel and first three flagellomeres 0.3: 0.5: 0.9: 0.9. Pronotum anteriorly with rounded humeri. Forewing with small chitinized pterostigma, and very short radial cell, venation as in Fig. 19. Tegula glabrous. Propodeum reticulate, dorsally with median triangular cell. Pronotum dorsally, mesoscutum, and scutellum with dense shallow punctures. T1 width 1.1X T1 length. S1 carinate. T2 and S2 densely punctate, punctures larger on S2. T7 mostly glabrous.</paragraph>

Other metasomal segments darkened, apical segment yellowish­brown. Mandible yellowish­red with dark teeth. Palps whitish. Antennae yellowish­red. Legs yellowish­red, tarsi whitish. Tegulae pale yellow. Forewing hyaline with weak infuscate patch beyond radial cell. Head, mesosoma, metasoma, and legs with sparse erect and recumbent yellowish setae. T1T6 and S2S6 with weak apical fringes of yellowish setae. Lateral felt line of T2 and S2 yellowish.</paragraph>
