A). Two long, apically curved juxtagonostylar megasetae present, arising from a basal body which is short, about one-fourth as long as the megasetae. Gonostylus simple, elongate-oval, laterally with long normal setae, mesially largely non-setose, except at apical margin with a transverse zone of strong setae the mesial-most of which are prominent megasetae. Tegmen broadly subtriangular with rather weak lateral shoulders. Hypoproct rather small, extending posteriorly just beyond the level of the base of the gonostylus, with ca. 20 scattered setae on each half. Cerci medially separate.
