specimens were collected with pitfall traps baited with chicken droppings in a broadleaved evergreen forest. The additional material was partly collected with yellow pan traps set in a primary mixed forest with numerous large dead trees and a lot of dead wood on the forest floor [T122] and in an old broadleaved forest [T124]. The remaining specimens were sifted from leaf litter, rotting twigs, and other debris around trunks of large dead trees in an old broadleaved forest [T127], from leaf litter and fermenting covers of tree buds accumulated along a forest road after heavy rains [T129], and from leaf litter, various debris, and rotting wood in a mature mixed forest with numerous old dead trees [T130] (SMETANA pers. comm.).
