). Wingspan 14.0–15.0 mm. Head yellowish brown dorsally, with yellowish scales laterally; frons grayish brown. Ocellus absent. Antenna with scape dark brown dorsally, yellowish white ventrally; flagellum yellowish brown with dark-brown annulations, ciliate ventrally. Second segment of labial palpus dark brown on outer surface, grayish yellow on inner surface, clothed with rough scales; 3rd segment equal to length of second segment, dark brown, clothed with rough scales, yellow white apically. Thorax dark brown mesially, with yellowish scales laterally; tegula dark brown anteriorly, yellowish in distal half; mesothoracic anepisternum with pale-yellow hair-pencils in male. Fore- and midleg dark brown on outer surface, grayish on inner surface; hindleg pale yellow, mixed with brown scales on outer surface. Forewing slightly dilated distally; ground color pale yellow, irregularly scattered with dark-brown scales, especially in basal half and along fold; with an obscure longitudinal brownish streak from middle of cell to termen; costa slightly arched medially; apex obtuse; termen oblique, slightly concave before middle, scattered with dark-brown scales along termen; fringe pale yellow in basal 3/4, brown beyond along termen, brown around tornus. Hind wing brownish gray; fringe concolorous with ground color.

): Uncus narrowed in basal half, inflated distally, with rounded posterior margin; anterior margin concave in triangular. Gnathos long, slender, bent from before middle, with acute apex; culcitula semicircular, spinous. Valva longer than the length of tegumen plus uncus, bent medially, parallel-sided in basal half, slightly dilated in distal half, rounded apically; valvella about 1/4 the length of valva, clavate, setose in distal half. Setose patch short, columnar, dilated disally. Vinculum about equal to the length of tegumen plus uncus, broad in basal 3/5; lateral lobes arising from distal 2/5 of vinculum, about 3/5 the length of vinculum, apex truncate. Saccal region broad, nearly straight on anterior margin.
