. It was based on

macroptera taken at Canberra, together with
<specimenCount id="9D1009A6FF9F8D63FEA5770CFE68FCC7" box="[311,480,845,870]" pageId="2" pageNumber="127" type="generic">two specimens</specimenCount>
from Bordertown,

, and another from near Adelaide. It shares with

). This occurs in both macropterae and apterae, but in macropterae the lateral margins of the mesopresternum are fused to the mesoeusternum. A similar posterior projection of the mesopresternum has not previously been reported from any species of
