. FEMALE. Body length 11.0 mm, fore wing length 9.0 mm. Head. Supraclypeal area 1.28 times as wide as height, medially weakly convex and depressed on sides, finely sparsely punctate, pubescent. Clypeus basally convex, bilobed, medio-apically notched, sparsely punctate. Malar space 0.40 as long as basal width of mandible. Upper tooth of mandible weakly longer than lower tooth. Upper margin of face straight. Supra-antennal area shiny and smooth. Inner margin of eyes weakly emarginate opposite the antennal sockets. POL:OD:OOL=1.0:1.25:1.25. Gena straight, 0.36 times as long as eye in dorsal view. Occipital carina complete, meeting hypostomal carina above base of mandible. Antenna with 21 flagellomeres, first flagellomere 3.75 times as long as its apical width, 1.25 times as long as second one.

Epicnemial carina strong and reaching above the middle level of mesopleuron. Mesopleuron finely punctate and pubescent on anterior half, smooth and bare on posterior half. Metapleuron posteriorly with sparse hairs. Propodeum convex, lateral area with sparse punctures, pubescent; pleural area moderately densely punctate, posterior area smooth. Median longitudinal carinae strong, subparallel on basal 0.60, diverging apically.
