<paragraph pageId="5" pageNumber="6">Female. Length, 4.5 mm. Head black with clypeus brown and mouthparts white. Thorax black with posterior angles or pronotum and tegulae white; small orange-brown spot on central posterior margin of mesepisternum. Legs white with femora light orange. Abdomen brown, lighter than thorax, with narrow posterior margin of segments white; sheath black; 9th tergite, cercus, and apical sternite orange brown. Wings hyaline; veins and stigma brown with extreme bases of veins white.</paragraph>
