Most adults of this species were collected from flowers in New Brunswick. These included black locust (
<taxonomicName class="Magnoliopsida" family="Fabaceae" genus="Robinia" higherTaxonomySource="CoL" kingdom="Plantae" lsidName="Robinia pseudoacacia" order="Fabales" pageId="8" pageNumber="287" phylum="Tracheophyta" rank="species" species="pseudoacacia">Robinia pseudoacacia</taxonomicName>
L.), choke cherry, and mountain ash. This species was collected during May and June.
