Temples moderately long, almost straight, head weakly constricted behind eyes; occipital carina complete; ocellar triangle obtuse anteriorly, OOi = 1.2, IOi = 1.5; vertex and frons granulate; inner margins of eyes parallel, without indentation in front of toruli; face coriaceous, clypeus finely granulate, transverse, its apical margin truncate, labrum visible below, Ci = 4; MLMi = 1.2; mandible moderately short with upper tooth slightly longer than lower and with a short basal ventral flange; antenna with 2022 flagellomeres, densely pubescent, flagellomeres 110 with a secondary median sub-division, FLi1= 5, first flagellomere 1.2 x as long as the second, 19th segment as wide as first segment and with FLi19 = 1.

Mesoscutum coriaceous, with sparse punctures and moderately dense, fine golden erected hairs; mesoscutum subcircular in dorsal view and almost flat in profile, without notaulus; scutellum weakly convex, coriaceous, without lateral carina; pronotum and pleurae shining, alutaceous to ventrally coriaceous, speculum smooth; postpectal carina complete in front of mid coxa; propodeum coriaceous, strongly carinated, propodeal spiracle circular, area basalis bottle-shaped, larger at base and 0.8x as long as area superomedia, area superomedia 1.7x longer than wide, open posteriorly and with parallel lateral sides, forming with area petiolaris a weakly concave surface; area petiolaris transversally striated.

leg with hind tibia wider subapically than apically, tarsomeres 14 bearing a mid-ventral row of closely spaced hairs inserted on a high longitudinal flange; hind and middle tibiae with inner spur about twice longer than outer; tarsal claws basally pectinate. Fore wing with areolet absent, cu-a sligntly distad to Rs&amp;M, abscissa of M between 2r-m and 2m-Cu less than 0.5x; hindwing with M&amp;Cu distinctly elbowed apically, 1/Cu&amp;cu-a straight and vertical, last abscissa of Cu1 absent.

Tergite I short, greatly widened apically, postpetiole 0.3x wider apically than petiole and regularly enlarging from petiolar spiracle to apex; basal part of sternite I distinctly cambered so that tergo-sternal suture at basal third of petiole is at its mid-height; glymma moderately deep; tergite II 1.7x wider than long; thyridium transverse, elliptic, distant from basal and lateral margins of tergite II by about its smallest diameter; postpetiole granulate, the following tergites alutaceous; ovipositor slightly upcurved with a distinct nodus and a deep subapical notch, ventral teeth and a subapical ventral thickening; OTi = 0.9.
