Type locality is Cenote Xtacabiha (Yucatan). From Yucatan the species was also known from Cueva de Orizaba, Cenote Nohchen, Grutas de Tzab-Nah and Grutas de Santa Maria. From Quintana Roo there were records from Cenote Actun Ha (Carwash), Cenote de las Ruinas, Cenote de San Martin, Cenote de Santo Domingo, Cueva de Tancah, Odyssey, Bang and Tabano.
