Female: lateral gonapophysis large, with digging setae; posterior gonapophysis smaller than anterior gonapophysis or absent. Male: pilula axillaris present; some species male with abdominal hair-pencils or tuft on IV–VI segments; genitalia without mediuncus between a pair of parameres.
