) and female. Wingspan 14.5–15.5 mm. Head shiny, creamy white. Basal segment of antenna densely covered with yellowish-brown scales dorsally; flagellum greyish-brown with dark brown annulations. Second segment of labial palpus in male quadrate, with dense scale tuft ventrally, creamy white speckled with small dark brown scales on upper part and dorsal surface, metallic black on outer surface, creamy white on inner surface; 3rd segment vestigial; in female, 2nd segment smaller than that of male; 3rd segment normally developed, slender, strongly recurved, basal 1/3 creamy white with narrow black band in the middle, then broadly black, and apical 1/4 creamy white. Tegula creamy white dorsally, black anteriorly. Thorax creamy white. Forewing elongate, slightly narrowed distally; ground color creamy white, irregularly scattered with pale orange scales; basal streak black; costa expanded anteriorly in basal 2/5, then slightly concave medially; four black, triangular costal patches beyond 1/4, at middle, at distal 1/5 and 1/6; subbasal black fascia originating from the first costal patch and reaching to inner margin, slightly arched inwardly; median fascia weakly developed, connecting to oblique post median black streak with a transversal black band; a large irregular black patch presented below 4th costal patch; apex obtuse; termen oblique; with a long hair-pencil near base of cell on under surface. ): Caudal margin of abdominal sternite VIII deeply emarginated medially. Uncus short, slender, exceeding apices of socii. Socii elongate-ovate, caudal margin truncate. Tegumen slightly expanded laterally beyond middle, then narrowed toward apex with small lateral expansion medially. Valvae asymmetrical; left valva large, oval, as long as tegumen, inflated medially, with large membranous sac on surface, dorsal margin strongly convex medially, ventral margin slightly convex; basal process slender, heavily sclerotized, strongly curved beyond middle in S-shape, about 2/5 length of valva, acute apically; zone of modified scales narrower toward base, reaching less than half; right valva narrow in basal 2/3, with nearly straight costal margin, slightly broadened ventrally toward distal part; cucullus elongate-quadrate, zone of modified scales occupied in lower 2/3, with a small membranous lobe near basal 1/4 on ventral margin; apex rounded. Juxta large, with two rows of sclerotized vertical ridge medially. Phallus very small, strongly arched medially, trumpet-shaped, heavily sclerotized in basal 3/5, with a small quadrate, weakly sclerotized plate at basal 1/4, strongly ankylosed with juxta and vinculum.

): Apophyses posteriores about 1.5 times length of papillae anales. Apophyses anteriores very short, forming a triangle. Abdominal sternite VIII with large, rounded membranous pouch anteriorly. Ostium bursae V-shaped, membranous; antrum weakly sclerotized. Ductus bursae very short, narrow, about 1/7 the length of corpus bursae. Corpus bursae very large, pear-shaped; signum horn-shaped, heavily sclerotized, directed to anterior end.
