On distingue deux formes: 1) des exemplaires peu pigmentés à tête pâle exceptées les aires oculaires et la tache frontale, les trois premiers articles antennaires sont seulement pigmentés dans leur partie distale, le corps porte une légère pigmentation à l’avant du mésothorax, sur les coxae de la patte prothoracique et quelques macules sur le segment abdominal IV et V (

Antennes trois fois plus grandes que la diagonale céphalique. Les articles antennaires sont dans le rapport: 1/1,3/2,1/2,6 (Ant. I = 155 µm). Article antennaire IV légèrement annelé avec une vésicule apicale simple. 8 + 8 cornéules de taille identique. Papilles labrales avec quatre lobes.
