<paragraph pageId="649" pageNumber="650">This species ranges from Long Island, New York, to central South Dakota (Kirk and Balsbaugh 1975: 31), including southern Ontario, south to northeastern Texas, northeastern Georgia (House and All 1981: 195; Morrill 1992: 181), and west-central South Carolina (Ciegler 2000: 90) [see Noonan 1973: Fig. 163].</paragraph>
