Shiny, with strong metallic lustre (greenish on head, aeneous on pronotum and elytra). Forebody moderately wide in comparison to elytra.

Epipleura (in dorsal view) not exposed in front of posterolateral angles.

. Strongly convex, elongate, narrow, widest about middle. Shoulders slightly rounded. Sides slightly rounded. Scutellar striole consisting of a row of punctures. Striae 23 complete, 46 incomplete; striae moderately deep, coarsely punctate; stria 7 strong, incomplete, coarsely punctate. Intervals depressed. Apical striole moderately deep, connected to stria 7; preapical setiferous puncture not isolated.
