Relatively large worms, cuticle with cuticular annulations. Mouth opening basically hexagonal, complex, with six labial lobes, with or without six inter labial lobes. Buccal capsule circular. Peripheral lobes of pharyngeal portions wholly cuticular; radial and chordal lobes standing erect and distinct, slightly muscular. Cervical alae present.
